Martha's Vineyard - Sailing around Moshup's Bridge. This is where is Vineyard Sound and Atlantic Ocean converge. The currents in this area are very complex as are the winds. On the surface the currents move one way and below another. Sailing in this area requires dilgence. The underlying layering of the clay (many levels deep) forces a visual pause to make try to make sense of the cross currents.
